I have a pair of third-gen G19's, serial numbers FLNxxx and FXMxxx.
Shortly after buying, I replaced the trigger assemblies with ones that use the smooth-faced trigger from the G17.
I've been told that at some point, some of the internal parts were modified (radiused edges on holes) to reduce the chances of trigger spring breakage. The spring itself is said to be unchanged, but replacement was suggested.
Is that correct?
If so, is there any way for me to tell if I've got the newer/better...
