Glock 42 issues

so I purchased a Glock 42 a while back... Found out that it was one of the early models and it had all sorts of issues the first time I shot it. Ended up sending it to Glock and they replaced a lot of internal parts.

Well I took it to the range yesterday and it did the same thing, fail to feed, fail to eject, fail to fire, slide not staying open after last round in the clip....I was using blazer brass.

So I guess my question is should I send it back to Glock again? Would they replace the...
