Stuck muzzle break on glock barrel

Hello, a while go i tried to install a muzzle break on my lg threaded barrel and now it's stuck.
I need about 80 degrees of turn to get it unstuck and I just can't get it to move at all.
The problem is is that I can't get a good grip to where it won't move so that I can actually turn the damn thing.
I've had the barrel in penetrating oil for more than a week and still no budge.
