G26 Gen3 erratic ejection pattern

My G26 has an erratic ejection pattern. It’s not that bad, but a couple of rounds out of 50 hit me in the face.

This is a Gen3 made in November 2011.

I have already replaced the ejector 336 with the 30274 and it hasn’t fixed the issue.

What is the next step? Change the extractor?

Should I buy this extractor?
