Date of birth for G19

Ive been searching high and low with no luck.
I've been trying to decode the date of birth for a new purchase g19. New to me. Bbl has AT letters on the top of the chsmber, serial is XBG.
Kinda wondering about the the two letter proof on the bbl.

Thoughts?
