Prepping for first outing with new glocks.

I am a novice pistol shooter. My daughter and I are getting some training tomorrow. I am taking a brand new Glock 17 and a brand new Glock 19, both Gen 3s, with us tomorrow. Is there anything I should do to prepare the Glocks for their first trip to the range, or anything I should lube for the first trip?

I know I could Google this question, but I figured I'd rather ask the guys and gals of Glock Talk.
