2 Questions on Sales

1st, I want to sell a part for a Glock 29 gen 4 and went to the classifieds. I don't see anywhere to start a new thread. Nothing I clicked on opened anything.

2nd, I see lots of cautions about sending money to someone you don't know - let the buyer beware and etc. What about the seller's protection ?? If I send someone a gun barrel, what assurance do I have that he'll (she'll) actually send the money for it ?? Is there an established procedure ??

I did check with PayPal and they don't...
