Howdy guys, I was field stripping my G19 earlier for a cleaning and noticed that the front of the slide pulled to the side while removing it from the frame. This is the first time cleaning it so I don’t know much about the gun in terms of field stripping. I removed the slide multiple times and noticed if you are looking at the gun from the top, the slide pulls to the left.

.357 Sig G35
I have a gen 3 G35. I've got both 9mm and .357 Alpha Wolf barrels. I've put about 200 rounds of each caliber thru it with no issues. I have a good supply of mags so I use G17 and G31 mags with the corresponding conversion barrels. Everything else is original and other than sights will stay so.
I really like the flexibility of the gun. My main interest is the .357 Sig. I'd like to hear from others running this set up with any suggestions or considerations.

Aftermarket Sights Question For Gen 5 Owners
I have been shopping for some signts for my 19x and narrowed it down to Heinie Straight Eights or Ameriglo I Dot Pros. When selecting sights on the Heinie website they have a pull down menu for Gen 5, Yes/No. I called to ask what that was for and they say they use a different hieght front sight for guns with Gen 5 barrels. i didnt know this was even an issue. I called Ameriglo and they said they are doing the same thing but they dont show it on their website so i need to call in my order and...

Recommend OWB Holster
I am looking to purchase an OWB holster for conceal carry for my Glock 23 or 29. Given my body shape/size, I want a holster that carries rather high as I have a long torso and getting shirts to cover an OWB can be a little difficult.
I have read good things about the Stealth Gear Flex OWB holster and it looks like the height can be adjusted, but it is a lot of money. I don't mind spending that much though if it is a good holster that would fit my needs.

Glock 26 parts build.
I bid and won a complete G-26 Glock lower, in OD Green. It came with a case, speed loader, lock, and completely built trigger and all. Now im looking for an upper 26 slide. I prefer some contrasting color, complete or not doesnt matter, side cut windows are a plus, sights dont matter, need fair price. Im finding some but they are asking more for the slide than an

357 Sig Conversion Barrel
I think the answer to this is no, but wanted to ask. I am buying a Glock 23 today and would like to get a 357 Sig conversion barrel for it. I also have Glock 29, will the Glock 23 conversion barrel fit into the Glock 29? I know it would stick out the front a little but am not sure if it would work.
Also, what is a good conversion barrel? I have a Lone Wolf G29 to 40 and it works just fine, any reason not to go with Lone Wolf for the G23 to 357?
Any advice would be appreciated.

23X variation?
I am very pleased with my new Glock 19X. I have several hundred rounds through it and it is a great shooter. My son purchased one after I did and it is his new EDC (along with the hi-cap mags). I was just wondering if there will be a .40 caliber variation? a 23X maybe? Has anyone heard any talk about this?

Aftermarket Slide Cover plates
I was recently told that aftermarket custom slide cover plates should not be put on Glocks because they can cause malfunctions. Can anybody confirm this? I personally don’t use one, but I was just wondering.

Is the 42 now reliable or not ?
Is the 42 reliable or not ? At first there were problems and so I skipped it. Still wish I could get a 25 or 28 . But how are the 42's now ? Are the problems fixed or is it going to be another "36" ? Thanks for any information.

I cannot shoot my Glock straight.
I’m a Sig guy that bought the 19X a few month ago. I pretty much rule the dualing tree at 15 yards with my Sigs. When I shoot the tree with the 19X, I need to aim a few inches high and to right to hit the 6” plates consistently. I’d like to master the 19X, but I believe it would compromise my accuracy with my Sigs. Maybe I’m a one platform shooter, but I’d like to be able to shoot the 19X as well as my Sigs. So I’m asking for advice.

Gen 5 barrel issue?
I have only put 400 rounds through my G19 Gen 5. But the barrel looks much worse than my G19 Gen 4 that has 3000 round though it. Are there known issues with the Gen 5 and barrel wear? Below are the images of my top and bottom of my gen5 barrel.

Questions on Glock 27 Gen 2.5
Is the "Glock 27 Gen 2.5" ok for conversions to 357 sig and 9mm? Any other issues because of construction such as frame etc. I have read conflicting articles but nothing definitive. Thanks in advance for any info.

When I got my Glock 40 it was suffering from light primer strikes. When I took the striker out I found a serious malfunction on it. It had sharp edges on the shaft that protruded outward. When I called Glock for a new striker they told me they could not send a new one directly to me. I either had to send the pistol in or take it to a Glock authorized armorer. Since there was no nearby authorized armorer and I didn't want to incur shipping charges, I decided to wait for the Dallas Pistol...

Finally got to check out the Gen5’s
Finally found the whole lineup at Academy.
Got to compare 19.5 - 17.5 - 19X.
I’m not convinced the finger grooves delete is a good thing. Felt more blocky than I was used to. I have many Glocks and shoot a 17MOS the most.
The 19X felt the best - by a large margin.
Very nice balance. If I were to take one of them home, it would have been the 19X.
